The Highland Falconry Centre offers high quality falconry experiences, that combines the ancient art of falconry with modern bird of prey training techniques to bring you a number of different experiences.

Bird of prey experience:
This is our most popular experience and is perfect for family and friends to get hands-on.
Guests will be given the chance to fly 4 species of birds of prey, children will fly owls and hawks whilst adults will also have the chance to fly an eagle!
You will be met in the Rothiemurchus fishery and falconry car park by one of our experienced falconers where you will be guided on a short walk into the Falconry Centre to begin your experience.
After your Bird of Prey Experience, you will have the chance to meet our very special, resident livestock guardian dogs and flock of sheep who play an important role in our ambitious White-tailed Eagle project.
Cameras at the ready as you will be getting up close and personal to these magnificent creatures!
This experience lasts up to 1.5 to 2 hours.

Private Bespoke Experiences
Private experiences can be booked for those wishing to have the centre and their experience completely exclusive.
On this experience you will have a guided tour of the centre and a chance to meet some of our other animals, including our two resident livestock guardian dogs.
You will then begin your falconry experience at the centre and will have the opportunity to fly 5 birds of prey, ranging from owls, hawks and eagles.

£499 per experience for up to 6 guests.

Private Falconry - Champagne and Whisky with al fresco lunch on the hill.
Guests will be chauffeured to one of the estates' most picturesque surroundings.
With breathtaking views from the hill, guests will partake in an unforgettable flying encounter with a magnificent range of birds of prey.
Followed by a delectable al fresco light lunch and a complimentary glass of champagne.
To finish off you will be offered "a wee dram" and have a taste of a selection of local whiskies.

Falconry Heritage Experience
This experience takes a deep dive into the ancient art of falconry and aims to give you an unforgettable experience.
We offer this exclusive falconry hunting experience in the highlands of Scotland and this experiences is designed for anyone interested in witnessing the true spectacle of falconry.
You will be flying hawks/falcons and working with an English Setter called Steve! Discovering the history, techniques, and ethical practices of falconry.
